Hanalani Schools is an independent, private Christian school located in Mililani, on the Island of Oahu, that offers classes for students in preschool through high school. Hanalani is fully accredited by the American Association of Christian Schools and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, and has approximately 750 students in total. ==History== Established in 1952 as King's School by the late Wallace Sugimoto, a small church nursery soon grew into an elementary school on Wilikina Drive in Wahiawā. In 1973, King's School changed its name to Hanalani Schools, meaning "Heaven's Work" and was officially incorporated as a non-denominational, non-profit organization by the State of Hawaii.
